Respected Hakeem Sahab Assalamoalikum! I have a tested prescription for muscle strength, back and legs strength which I am presenting for the readers.
ھو الشافی: Half kilos of Desi Ghee of buffalo honey half kilos, Mosli white 5 tolas, and Yolk of Desi eggs one dozen.
Method: put Ghee in a sauce pan and after one minute add honey in it and after 3 minutes add egg yolks and mix it for 15 minutes constantly. After it add Mosli white and cook for 2 more minutes and remove it from fire and make it cool and preserve it. Use one spoon in morning and evening after meals.
